Open Fire Cooking with the RibEye Boys – Where Flames Dance

One of the absolute highlights takes place on Saturday night: Nino Ochsenknecht-Sifkovits and Robert Buchberger, better known as the RibEye Boys, will bring true fire to the Arctic night.
Together, they’ll deliver a spectacular open-fire cooking experience — live, smoky, and bursting with energy.

Beneath the Northern Lights, as the sky glows in shades of green and violet, the duo will create an unforgettable culinary show. Their tool of choice: the OFYR, the iconic circular fire grill that combines craftsmanship, design, and primal cooking.

As the fire glows and the fragrance of wild meat, herbs, and wood smoke dances through the crisp winter air, it becomes clear: this is not just cooking — it’s emotion, artistry, and passion made real, even in the deep cold.

Markus Sämmer – Cooking Where There Are No Roads

Another unforgettable moment awaits on Sunday: outdoor chef and adventurer Markus Sämmer leads a backcountry snowmobile expedition deep into the Lapland wilderness.

It’s cooking stripped back to its roots — raw, real, and remarkably moving.
